Turn a saved quote
into an invoice.
When an architect, contractor, stylist, photographer or other external professional is already saved to the project with a quoted cost, select them while creating the client invoice. Their name, role, expense and amount are already connected — so you do not have to type the same information twice.
Use the saved cost.
Issue the invoice.
Select who you want to invoice
Saved data fills the invoice
Invoice not issued yet
Invoice from information that already exists.
The project already knows who the professional is, what they quoted and how much the cost is. Contact invoicing turns that saved project data into a billable client invoice instead of asking you to rebuild it manually.
Select the project contact.
Choose an external professional already attached to the project, together with the saved cost associated with them.
Pull the amount into the invoice.
The professional, description and quoted amount populate automatically, while you can still adjust tax, due date or notes before issuing.
Send it straight to the client.
Once issued, the invoice appears in the client portal where the client can download it and pay through the connected payment flow.
From project contact to paid invoice.
The contact is not just an address-book entry. It becomes part of the budget, expense and billing workflow.
Save the professional.
Name, role and contact information stay with the project.
Attach the quote.
Their cost is recorded once and connected to the live budget.
Select the saved cost.
Use the same professional and amount to create the invoice without duplicate entry.
Issue and collect.
The client sees the invoice in their portal and can pay through your connected payment account.
Stop typing the same project cost twice.
If the professional and their quote are already in Workspace, that data should be ready when it is time to bill the client.
From saved cost
to client invoice.
Select a project contact, use the cost already connected to them and issue the invoice without rebuilding the information from scratch.
